Ingredients

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, butter, pudding mix, and egg until mixture is smooth. Add in ginger and cinnamon.
  2. Sift together flour and baking soda. Combine with wet mixture. chill for 2-24 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Roll out to 1/8 of an inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut desired shapes.
  5. Place cookies on parchment paper covered baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Cool on a cooling rack then decorate as desired.
