I love potatoes! Anyway you can serve them, I love them! So, when it comes to choosing my favorite potato dish, I just can’t. This recipe for perfect pub fries is on my top 5 list for sure! They are the perfect snack for game day or the perfect side dish for just about any meal. ┬áTry them with my Easy and Delicious Hot Wings!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make sure you wash potatoes thoroughly and dry them before cutting. Toss them in olive oil sea salt and pepper to coat. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet in a single layer. Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft in the middle.
  3. In the meantime, place bacon strips on a griddle or frying pan and cook until it is nice an crisp. Cool and drain.
  4. Break up the bacon strips into very small pieces and set side with the cheese, green onion, tomato and avocado.
  5. Bring potato wedges from the oven and immediately toss them with garlic powder, parsley and parmesan cheese. Place them on a large serving platter. Dump shredded cheese and bacon pieces on top while hot.
  6. You can go ahead and top with the sour cream, avocado, tomatoes, and green onions as well, or you can leave them to the side for each person to add as desired.
