My mamaw makes this unbelievable cornbreadĀ dressing and it is something to look forward to ALL year long!! People I barely know, know about Mamaw’s cornbread dressing! I moved away 12 years ago and asked her so many times for the recipe. It was one of those that she just couldn’t write down. Together, we finally got it on paper, and I have been making it ever since.

This cornbread dressing is more hearty than it is light. You can add more sage if you would like, you can also omit the chicken. Either way, it is to die for!!
