Instructions
  1. Bring water to a boil in a large stock pot
  2. Add chicken and salt to boiling water. Cook for 30-45 minutes or until thigh juices run clear.
  3. Remove chicken from water and set aside to cool. Turn burner off under the pot.
  4. Use the flour to dust a small place on your counter top. Open biscuits and separate them and press them flat using your hands onto the flour. Flip each one over making sure you generously get flour on both sides.
  5. Cut each biscuit in half, then across that, cut twice to make 6 pieces from each biscuit. Set aside.
  6. Chicken should be cool enough to debone. Take all the skin off of the chicken and discard. I use all of the meat, dark and white. Discard the bones as well.
  7. Cut up up any large pieces of chicken into pieces about 1 inch x 1 inch. Put them back into the pot and turn the heat to high.
  8. Add the butter, milk, soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the chicken and bring to a boil.
  9. Put the biscuit pieces in the boiling water, making sure to keep them separated. Stir them in and make sure they all get drenched in the juices. Let them boil for about 5 minutes. Remove form heat and let them sit for 10 minutes before eating.
