We are hot wing lovers at my house! I will eat just about any flavor, but the hubby likes them hot! I have seen so many complicated ways to make wings, it is crazy! How about I give you a realistic recipe for hot wings that you can throw together quickly. There is no fancy sauce or 24 hour marinade, but they have amazing flavor and are cooked to perfection!

We serve these wings with my Perfect Pub Fries for a full and yummy meal or to share with friends at a party!

Instructions
  1. Heat oil to 350 degrees in a large stock pot. Spray your grill with non-stick spray, and heat grill to 350 degrees. I use an outside propane grill, but you could use a stove top grill pan as well.
  2. Make sure that your chicken is completely dried off and drop it into the hot oil. Cook for 7-8 minutes, turning a couple of times to make sure it doesn't stick. You don't want them completely cooked through, yet. Don't over fill the pot. You may have to do this in 2 batches depending on the size of your pot.
  3. In the mean time, get two large bowls and pour the jar of Texas Pete Wing Sauce in one and the K.C. Masterpiece Teriyaki Marinade in the other.
  4. Use a slotted spoon (metal is safest for the hot oil) and dip out the wings straight into the bowls, putting half in each bowl. Stir them around until they are fully coated with the sauce.
  5. Place wings directly onto the greased grill. Cook them for 7-8 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear. You do not want to over cook the meat.
  6. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping and celery and carrots.
